Advisory Board Member
Ravi Sood, B.Mathematics, is an investment banker & fund manager who has brought projects to the international capital markets for over 10 years. His firm has in excess of USD800million under management and has seeded companies over the past 10 years that now have a combined market value in excess of USD3billion. Mr Sood is recognized in the Canadian capital markets as taking a holistic approach when investing in emerging countries by participating concurrently in mining, agriculture & infrastructure projects.

Advisory Board Member
Tony Mahalski , FSI Dip, has over thirty years experience in global resource capital markets. He has represented resource brokers and investment banks in Europe and the United States both as shareholder and proprietor. Tony has specialised in funding and advising mining and resource companies throughout this period. He has been and invited speaker at many industry conferences throughout Europe and North America. Tony is currently the Chairman of LM Associates IR Consultants and Chairman of the Association of Mining Analysis.

Operations Director
Andy Edwards, a former member of the United Kingdom's Maritime Counter Terrorism Response Force of the elite Special Boat Service. Since leaving the Special Forces in 2001, Andrew has worked as a security consultant to many blue-chip companies, news, and international development agencies around the world, including the World Bank Group, USAID, Siemens, CBS news and the BBC, and has acted as a security officer to the Saudi Arabian Royal Family in the United Kingdom. Andrew left Peak in 2003 to join Orascom Telecom Iraq as their security director, and in that capacity managed the security operations for the roll out of the first GSM mobile phone network in Iraq. Andrew returned to Peak in 2004.
